Welcome to the Fam!

By joining the Fam Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility

    • Anyone can join irrespective of which PG they are staying at.
    • Membership is non-transferable.
    • Club benefits are valid only for registered residents unless otherwise specified.

  2. Membership Benefits

    • Early access to events, workshops, and community activities.
    • Exclusive offers on partner services (laundry, food, fitness, etc).
    • Surprise perks, contests, and giveaways.
    • Access to Fam Club-only WhatsApp groups and app features.

    Benefits may vary from time to time and are subject to availability or change

  3. Code of Conduct

    To maintain a safe and respectful community:

    • Treat fellow members and staff with respect.
    • No spam, hate speech, or inappropriate content in Fam Club platforms.
    • Avoid misuse of any exclusive offers or services.
    • We reserve the right to revoke Fam Club membership in case of misuse or misconduct.

  4. Event Participation

    • Most Fam Club events are optional and free, unless otherwise stated.
    • By attending events, you consent to possible photography/videography for promotional use (We’ll always respect your privacy).

  5. Refund & cancellation policy

    • Fam Club features or offers may update or modify at any time with or without prior notice.
    • Any changes will be communicated via email or app notifications.
    • The Registration fee is non refundable.

  6. Termination of Membership

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Fam Club access in case of:

    • Violation of these terms
    • Fraudulent activity
    • Misuse of any membership perks or privileges
